Very tasty dishes highly recommended Nice and friendly service It takes a little longer than usual to order four stars
We recommend. Despite the full house, we got a table for the following evening. The food was delicious and the staff very nice and friendly.

Great restaurant, very nice employees, good food and very good and consistent handling of the corona rules! Tables are disinfected when a guest leaves and you write the guests' data on the bill. Follow-up in the worst-case scenario is thus possible. Excellent !
There are some restaurants with classic, hearty German cuisine, but here you can experience the perfection in them. In addition, the Corona hygiene measures are implemented in an exemplary manner.
The location is authentic and fits the motto. Despite fewer guests (shortly after 8 p.m.) we were served a little carelessly composed food. When I was with me, the meat was lukewarm and you won't get far with 4 pieces of croquette. The salad was missing from my meal and the schnitzel was okay, but would have liked better quality / processing. The service was nice and hard-working, but the bottom line was that there was a lack of quality.
Great location, great food and relaxed waiters. Unfortunately we sat in a corner where we were quickly forgotten, but our wishes were quickly fulfilled.
The ambience of the restaurant is super traditional Bavarian and cozy. If you reserve in advance you will definitely get a seat, spontaneously you have to be lucky because the Bräustübl is well attended. As a starter there was the absolutely delicious Obaz'n with an oven-fresh pretzel ... totally good! Both the Bavaria schnitzel and the venison roast and the Hax'n were true poems! The bone was easy to pull out of the meat and the roast was also tender and easy to cut without a knife. And if you create a dessert with the large portions, you will find it. But an old apricot was enough for us: D The waitresses have a great sense of humor, were super quick and created a great, relaxed atmosphere. All in one: ambience, atmosphere, service, drinks and food ... all with a straight one with asterisk (1 *). We'll definitely come back often!
Food delicious. Plates could be arranged nicer. Staff friendly. A bit overwhelmed on Saturday evening.
Super nice, good service, prices ok too. Had a Schlemmerschnitzel, it was ok but no more, side salad ok too! There is still room for improvement, but everything tastes good ...
We were in the Braustübl on a Saturday evening. Although the restaurant was well attended, we were served quickly. The food was the purest culinary delight. Dishes were nicely presented. The entire staff was friendly and attentive. The Corona hygiene measures were implemented 100%. Tables and menus were disinfected immediately. That was definitely not our last visit to Braustübl ☆☆☆☆☆
Around 6:30 p.m. the four of us came to eat without a reservation. The restaurant was very well attended at the time, and yet the service managed to offer us a corana-ready table within five minutes. The menu was extensive and had many dishes that appealed to us. In terms of taste, everything was to our complete satisfaction. We'll have to stop here one more time! 👌🏾 Our companion dog was not a problem.
It was very busy, but we could still go in without a reservation! At first happy, but after an hour of waiting for us to get our drink and order another half an hour later, the mood had dropped considerably. We therefore only ordered a main course. There was simply not enough service. Unfortunately.
Friendly staff and delicious food. We had a really tasty knuckle of sauerkraut, sauce and fried potatoes. For dessert there was a super tasty and fluffy Kaiserschmarn with apple sauce. We will be back!
During our one-week stay in Bad Harzburg, we went to the Bräustüble pub a few times to eat. The food was great and absolutely sufficient. Particularly noteworthy is the extremely friendly and competent service. Compliance with the corona rules was also exemplary here. We felt very comfortable here and can recommend this restaurant with a clear conscience. We hope that the Bräustübl will survive these difficult times well and we keep our fingers crossed. Many thanks again to the entire team. Keep it up. Holm and Kerstin from Berlin
A nice Bavarian restaurant near the pedestrian passage. However, if you are very hungry, you should definitely have a soup before the main meal. The portions are a bit small
Although located in a side street off the pedestrian zone of Bad Harzburg, the restaurant is very well attended with a lot of reservations. That suits the food offer / freshness. Very customer-oriented in terms of service, price-performance ratio, kitchen and waiting time, but not a hectic operation.
Cozy, clean restaurant with nice service. Attention was paid to keeping a distance. Food was great. Price / performance in order.
Awesome restaurant !!! Very friendly staff, great atmosphere, really good food! The price also fits 👍 I can highly recommend it. However, table reservation is advisable given the high demand!
The restaurant made a very good impression. The staff were very friendly. The food was extremely delicious and the non-alcoholic cyclist had the perfect mix. The salad dressing was very good, not so dominant. For some, the serving could probably be a little bigger. It was enough for us. The only drawback was that it all took a long time.
Great tasting food excellent service good beer a great place to start our holiday
Good German food, in a touristic town. I didn't like service: too slow. I waited for one hour to have what I asked
While others take a lunch break in the middle of the high season (!), The Bräustüb'l is open and invites you to linger with its beautiful little terrace. Very tasty, high-quality food, as well as, as is usual for a brewing parlor, excellent drinks. The interior is also impressive. Very nice, attentive and quick waiter. A real insider tip compared to the rest of the gastronomy in this region.

Food was good, traditional decor.
It was nice and delicious. We had nice Haxentopf and Kaesespaetzle, but dry French Fries and the bread for the salad was asked as sideorder. Sorry, this is a nogo. Change this please. And „big“ is some different meaning in this restaurant. Do not call it big if this is not more than 3 forks.
I was going to hike so I needed some Carbs. Decided on Käse spätzle fried on pan. Was delicious and came with Salad. The service was fine and very helpful. I even asked for direction and the service guy told me accurately how to go to the place.
Really great food and friendly people.
Nice place with a seating area outside. Quick service, good food Bavarian style.
Very delicious food, I can surely recommend it. There was plenty of it and it was seasoned and cooked nicely. Same with the dessert. Very nice personnel as well.
Careful here. The food is so good you may accidentally overeat.
Nice restaurant. We went there for dinner on a Monday evening. We did not waited too long for ordering or getting the food. The food and the beer were really tasty and the price reasonable. The Spätzle and the cheese were really tasty!!! Try it 😁
